In this sandwich we wanted to use a low-fat cheese. Thanks to yoghurt crops, this “brie” has in fact only 24% fat! Made with the best milk of the Bavarian Alps Completely natural, without additives, it is lactose free and gluten free.
Furthermore, a long seasoning, a moderate salting and balanced smoking characterize our speck used for the “NINO” sandwich.
