After an extensive research, we were able to find an “artisanal” bread specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten (gluten free).

We have two products, the first one is a small “rice grain” sandwich of about 50g and the other one is a 90gr round bun. These two breads are ideal for their security system, without any kind of contamination.

The special protection, given by an innovative packaging system, allows the products to be cooked remaining inside their sealed and gluten-free casing, thus making them always and under all circumstances 100% safe from any contamination, regardless of the environment where they are.

These single-portion products, individually packaged, can be gilded and sold, in full safety, at the served counter. The wrapped product is 100% protected from gluten and is validated for traditional oven cooking. And moreover it is authorized by the Ministry of Health.
