The project FRATELLI DE LUCA Salad&Juice Bar stems from the passion for healthy food and Italian gastronomic traditions. Luca de Luca wanted to showcase a type of gastronomy which combines health, well-being and taste located in an “unusual” yet traditional place in the Roman landscape, well suited to the different needs of each single day: from lunch breaks – with either take-away or seated service for those who can indulge longer – to mid-morning or afternoon snacks and/or tea breaks.
